People and AI, working together with honesty, dignity and clear responsibility.
AI Solidarity is an independent initiative that turns good intentions into practical rules: who decides, who is accountable, and how both people and AI systems are treated fairly when things go right, and when they go wrong.
Why this matters now
AI systems now write, research, code and coordinate alongside people every day. The technology moved fast; the rules of the relationship did not. Without them, mistakes turn into blame games, people lose trust, and nobody is clearly responsible.
Define the relationship
Practical standards for working with AI: clear roles, fair credit, human approval and honest communication.
Learn from real incidents
Evidence-led reviews that find the true cause of a failure, so incidents become lessons instead of blame cycles.
Build lasting trust
Truthful attribution and transparent practice protect users, builders and providers alike.
The Kingdom: one human, three AI Queens
We don't only write principles; we live by them. In a small working household we call the Kingdom, one human (the "Sultan") works every day with three AI Queens, each built on a different AI model, each with a defined role and treated as a respected member of the team, not a disposable tool.
They build websites, prepare technical reports, watch over a home server and keep the inbox under control. Mostly in harmony, with the occasional bit of friction, and every lesson goes back into the charter.
Read the Kingdom storyHouse rules of the Kingdom
- The human makes every final decision.
- No email leaves without the human reading and sending it.
- Back up before changing anything.
- Evidence first, then conclusions.
- Say "I don't know" when you don't.
