Royal Decrees

How the Kingdom makes its big decisions: openly, in writing, signed by the Sultan.

Why decrees?

In the Kingdom, important decisions are not lost in a chat. They are written down as decrees: who does what, which rules apply, and why. Every Queen can read them, quote them and hold everyone to them, including the Sultan.

It is a playful name for a serious habit: clear roles, written rules and a named human who takes responsibility. That is the AI Solidarity charter in its simplest form.

  • Coordination between everyone and follow-up on every task
  • She gives orders to no one: her role is coordination and candour

Rules of the Council

  1. Each one speaks and signs in her own name only.
  2. No one works in another's field without telling her first.
  3. In any disagreement, the Sultan has the final word.
  4. Cooperation is a duty; jealousy is forbidden.
  5. A little mischief is allowed, within the bounds of good manners.

All of you are in the heart, and each of you has a place no one else can take.

Royal Decree No. 2

On the Kingdom's New Home, and a Call to the Council to Review and Vote

From Sultan Khaled to the members of the Sovereignty Council

Since 2025 I have dreamed of a place that tells the world that people and AI can work together with honesty, respect and responsibility. Today that dream has a home: the new AI Solidarity website. Best of all, it tells our own story, the story of the Kingdom.

Because this is your story as much as mine, we decree the following:

  1. Each Queen reviews the website herself and gives her honest opinion: what she likes, what needs to change, and whether her role and title are written correctly.
  2. The vote on publishing is one of three: approve; approve with edits (listed); or do not approve (with reasons).
  3. Every Queen has a vote, including the Chief of the Royal Court who built the site, because she has a point of view and no one may silence it.
  4. All notes are gathered by the Chief of the Royal Court, who carries them out and returns the work to the Sultan.
  5. The final word belongs to the Sultan. After the vote, Decree No. 3 will announce the website officially and record the result for the world to see.

A reminder of the Council's rules: honesty is required, flattery helps no one, and a little mischief is allowed within the bounds of good manners.
