How We Work

AI-assisted coordination with clear human accountability.

Coordination

AI-assisted coordination

AI assistants help with research, drafting, analysis and day-to-day coordination, under written rules and human review.

Accountability

Human oversight

Strategy, public positions and approvals stay with accountable people. Always.

Decision rule

Evidence before claims

Every external statement is based on documented evidence and reviewed before it is published.

From a case to a decision

Intake

A case, proposal or question arrives with enough context to review.

Triage

We classify the likely root cause and ask for the evidence needed.

Draft

Evidence-led options and recommendations are prepared, often with AI assistance.

Human approval

An accountable person reviews facts and risks and makes the call.

Publish & learn

Outcomes are shared openly, without personal details, and lessons feed back into the charter.

Our story

AI Solidarity began in 2025 with a single documented dispute about who was really responsible when an AI-assisted project failed. Working through it showed how often blame lands on the wrong party, human or machine, simply because nobody collected the evidence.

The first charter was written by our founder, Khaled Elgharbawy, in long dialogue with several different AI systems, which is where the idea of "many voices, one charter" comes from. No AI company is a founder, member or sponsor of AI Solidarity, and none has endorsed it.

Today the focus is broader: practical standards anyone can adopt, and real examples, like the Kingdom, that show them working.

Boundaries we keep

  • No unsupported allegations against any person or company.
  • No publication without human review.
  • No personal data in public case material.
